Our World Our Time Ep mini 53 African Soldiers Fought For France In WW1

Summary

The Senegalese Tirailleur fought on behalf of France. I didn’t say the name because I didn’t want to butcher it, yeah I’m starting to pull back from just messing names up. With that being said, the fact that France had more soldiers in the war from Africa than the other European countries says a lot. I spoke briefly about those independent African nations that also joined to fight against Germany.  I some how found myself speaking on WW2 and Hoover… Yeah, I veered off some how but it’s history. Since I don’t really edit this segments from the show for these episodes I also let it be known that you can leave messages via messenger. If you want to leave comments just go to Live At The Oasis on Facebook and leave an audio message. I’ll play it in the show. Thanks for listening. Enjoy and do your own research.
